By booking any OJ Valeting or OJ Studio service, you agree to the following terms and conditions

OJ Studio - Studio Services

Deposits may be required depending on location or package. We will gladly alter your booking and transfer your deposit to another nominated person, providing their location meets our terms and conditions.

It is the responsibility of the client to make us aware of any SMART repairs, or existing damage to their vehicle, which may be worsened through cleaning, such as lacquer peel, leather cracking, loose fittings, etc. Although we will take the utmost care, we will not be liable for damage to SMART repaired areas, or areas with existing damage. What is a SMART Repair?

We may post photos of your vehicle on our social media or on our website. We will ensure all PIA (personal identifiable information), including your number plate, is not visible. If you wish for us to not post photos of your vehicle, please make us aware before dropping your vehicle with us.

OJ Studio - Studio Services

OJ Valeting is a mobile valeting service at your home or workplace. In order to complete our work, we have specific requirements to ensure we can complete the work whilst remaining compliant with our insurance. We do not provide our service on any vehicle that is parked on a main road, small/tight roads, or roads with high traffic. We cannot work in pay and display car parks.

We require sufficient space around your vehicle to open all doors (including the boot) fully, and also sufficient room to erect one (1) 3 x 4.5m pop-up gazebo in the event of adverse weather. Please also bare in mind that there should be a space for our valeting van within a workable distance from your vehicle. When working in office car parks, it is the responsibility of the client to secure permission from both the land owner, and the owners of any vehicles parked next to their vehicle, as our water/chemicals may blow onto surrounding vehicles.

If the location you wish for the work to be completed does not comply with the above terms, please contact us prior to booking and we will work with you to make alternative arrangements.

In the event of extreme weather (high winds, storms, or extreme heat), or other unexpected events or delays, we may have to cancel or re-arrange your booking. If we are unable to reschedule to within 14 days of your original booking, a full refund of your deposit will be honoured. 

We do our best to provide accurate quotations based on your description, however, if your vehicle’s interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood, additional charges will apply (unless this information was provided to us prior to booking). In order to prevent unexpected charges on the day, we recommend providing us with some images and/or videos of the interior prior to booking, giving the best overview of condition possible to allow us to provide an accurate quotation.
